Ovarian Cyst Problems

I really need help! Obgyns in my area are booked out for months! I recently discovered about a month ago I have a cyst bigger then my ovary and it’s been causing slight discomfort but my biggest problem is the spotting. It comes and goes throughout the day sometimes it requires I wear a tampon but half the time it’s just a few drops here or there. I am currently on a high estrogen birth control that I get from an online birth control site but I was on it from my previous in person ob( I have moved states and can no longer see her) Is there anything I can possibly do to help it/stop it. I have tried detoxing and trying natural herb teas but the slight pain and spotting is not giving up which puts a slight damper in my day to day life. The doctor from the ER recommended I wait 6 weeks to see if it shrinks if not seek surgery(so far I’m on week 5). I don’t know if I need to attempt another birth control. I’ve changed my diet tremendously after finding out about it drinking lots of water, eating more cleaner and cutting lots of sugar and sodium out. But it still doesn’t seem to help. my spotting stopped for about a week but came right back thankfully it’s light but im worried it will just go on for a month like last time. I’ve been doing so much research but it doesn’t seem to get me anywhere.
