Sleep schedule

Can someone recommend a sleep/nap schedule for a 10 month old that wakes at 5? He’s always done it from new born and I don’t think mine are working and I feel his overtired or having to much sleep which is why he’s waking that early (he doesn’t go back to sleep until 830 or 930am sometimes) I’ve cut the 3rd nap out but sometimes bring it back to see if that helps but nothing works) he also cat naps so doesn’t sleep long probably 20 minutes
