Im struggling really bad with weight loss i cant seem to get back up to my weight instead of gaining im losing idk if it could be because im sweating extremely too much due to work and the Texas heat. I need some tips on what foods are extremely high in calories amd or is there something like a protein bar or drink that i can buy please help its really bothering me ive been petite all my life but i would like to gain weight and keep it on.
