I’m getting a divorce and want full custody for my daughter.Yesterday my husband beat me with a belt and abused me both emotionally and physically.Also said he didn’t care about our doughter she’s 8 weeks old.

How can I get full custody for her as I don’t have proof of him saying that and beating? He is an amazing liar

Edit: No i don’t have marks on me, he knew how to hit to not leave marks but still hurt me.
