Is My Ex jeopardizing my home and on purpose ?

Well my kids father has been in and out of abandoned apartments in my complex but because I have kicked him out for numerous reasons and one of them is being negligent to my kids & we jus not clicking.

Long story short he was in two different apartments that are vacant now where I live and has been sleeping in them , taking showers and living in & out of them for weeks now…

He had been lying to me telling me he was somewhere else and most of the time that I catch him I called the police or run him out but that hasn’t stopped him

One of my neighbors that moved out came to my house to confront me about the situation which very much could’ve been a big altercation because he was in her apartment after she moved out laying in there and someone caught him…

I told her to take it up with the manager bc I have no control.

At this point I’m not embarrassed but I am agitated.

I ended up telling the manager someone was in these apartments not telling her who it was so she ended up locking them down and I thought the problem was over until the other day I seen a window busted open in The same apartment that she locked up.

the only person that it was from was him once again which it was and he broke right back into it to lay up in it again…

At This point I don’t feel he cares about me and my kids well-being because he’s vandalizing property in my complex and doesn’t care if it falls back on me or comes back to me if they find out he’s my kids father because he was still living here && getting in my car at times to take kids somewhere or just still will come to see his sons and will be sitting on my porch even when I have no idea what is outside sometimes an open my door and he is there…

It’s all a connection and I feel like i can very much lose my place behind

He keeps saying that he hast to do what he does to survive but he can break into any other complex or home so why does it have to be where I am living at with my kids?

I don’t know what else to do because I don’t want to talk too much but I just need to figure out this and wanted your opinions
