How to overcome situational depression?
It’s been years since I felt this depressed and logically I know I’ll be fine and I’ll come out on the other side. And the hardest part is I don’t know what’s wrong. It was just my bday, a situationship ended right before my bday, I organized a night out with friends and felt pressure for It to be fun. Idk, I just feel very sad. I know It will pass but for the past two days I haven’t wanted to do anything. Yesterday I stayed in bed all day. Today I got up, worked out, ate and contacted therapists. This feeling sucks
