Peri/menopause

Hello I’m Tina from Uk .

Is there anyone else going through the transition, peri/or menopause. Can I have some friends so I don’t feel so alone in my journey I’ve been peri 3/4 years! Just feeling naff 😔I’ve had long gaps .Short gaps spotting and non existent sometimes things just get abit much !! I not on HRT as I can’t take it and have been going natural for the past 3 years and herbal remedies don’t seem to work or the just make me feel worse, my body is so sensitive to any sort of Drugs
