Most females in my family went through early menopause (20’s to late 30’s). What are some questions I should ask my doctor if I think I’m going through it? Any test I can ask for? Most doctors blow me off cause I’m 25 but based off this app my period is 207 days late. Wanting all the advice I can get. I have an appointment Wednesday

Some questions I would like to ask my doctor if/when I get an appt are: What are the signs of perimenopause? What symptoms am I experiencing, and how long have I had them? 
What are my treatment options? What are the pros and cons of hormone replacement therapy (HRT)? What lifestyle changes can I make to ease my transition into menopause?  Should I take natural supplements to treat my symptoms? How can I maintain bone density? What should I do to make sure I'm getting enough calcium and vitamin D? What type of exercise can help stave off bone loss? What can I do about vaginal dryness and pain during sex (if any)? If I'm under 40, can you help me discuss my fertility status (if this is something important to you)? Do I still need birth control?
