Mental breakdown.

So I occasionally have mental breakdowns. Maybe like 1 or 2 in a week. I been trying to write in my journal, listen to music, and do other things that take my mind off of life and etc. Its been somewhat working but not so the way. My health and body has been going through so much. I suffer from PCOS AND DEPRESSION, I think I got the depression from having pcos. I don’t necessarily like my body. The pcos caused me to gain weight, it’s hard to lose weight, I have facial hair, insulin resistance, cysts on ovaries. Oh and on Monday the doctor found 2 masses on my right breast. My breasts have increased in size and are about a G cup, I have pain everyday from them. Plantar fasciitis in both feet which causes incredible pain whenever I wake up in the am and walk or getting up from prolong sitting. I also have groin pain that I’ve had for a year and doctors have ran X-rays, ultrasounds, ct and more and still can’t found out why… so yea a lot going on with me. Which is overwhelming because I’m always seeing different doctors for different things. I am trying to be positive but it’s very hard. I said all that to say what are some things that really help you look at your life, losses, and difficulties different? Also what do you do to keep your mind off of the negative ????
