Sex as sh

Trigger warning sh. Hi. Im not sure Im allowed to place this here. But Im just gonna start with talking. So ive had a couple hard and dark years. I used to cut myself. But now I have a lot of casual sex and the reason is that I always have extreme pain and Im always bleading heavely when having sex. So when I want to hurt myself Im caling one of the guys im sleeping with to come have sex with me ( so hurt me actually) Is this a form of selfharm? What do I do? And im so sorry for writing this post.
