Weird one-time pain in uterus

I’m 12 weeks. Today when I was walking up the stairs I got a weird shooting pain in my uterus, almost like a pulling sensation, but was painful and lasted like half a second. Nothing crazy painful, just enough for me to notice it. I’ve had no cramping or pain since, but it did make me worried. It caught me off guard and was a really weird feeling. I’ve been having ligament pain around there but this felt more like it was around my uterus. Maybe this is just first-time-mom pregnancy anxiety, but I’m just wondering if I should be worried. I feel completely fine now.
