watery blood?

Sorry for the TMI photo,
I had sexual intercourse with my partner yesterday, noticed some blood on the blanket, I stood up then it ran down my legs (not semen) it was watery blood, accompanied by cramps…
No more blood as of today, not sure what this is
I’m 38 weeks exactly.

1. Your show
2. Urine with blood (cervical irritation from sex)
3. Blood from Cervical irritation with semen or vaginal mucous 
4. Blood from show or cervical irritation and your waters. 
Best to probably head in and get checked

It could be nothing but you should always investigate any blood while you’re pregnant especially now you’re this late in.
Mention this to your doctor right away and ask what needs to be done next.
