Period From Hell Update

So I've been on my period for 92 days. I dont know what to do. My doctor put me on Metformin to help try to regulate it but it hasnt helped. ( yes I know Metformin is for ppl with Diabetes, but it also given to people who have irregular periods) I was put on it yesrs ago & it helped but not this time. My Hormones and emotions are everywhere. All I want to do is sleep some days. Some days I dont have an appetite. I feel like my period is on repeat like it just just keeps starting over with no stops in between. I have a doctors appointment on the 5th I'ma ask them to do an exam because what if its something serious. Well I'll give an update after the 5th.
