Please HELP (TMI)

Lately I've been bleeding a little bit out of my vagina. It's been after sex and sometimes just out of nowhere and it's only when I wipe, it doesn't get on the panty liner I only see the little bit of blood when I wipe. This has been going on for a month now and I had finished my period a week ago. I thought it could be we might've done it a little rough and I was bruised or something cuz it hurt when we tried again and I bled but that was only once. Any Advice? My doctor doesnt have appointments available until November!
