Do you think a baby momma is in the right to ask the judge to modify a child support case due to her spending? Like more money on a place so you can live next to friends, family, but far away from your job, leasing a newer year car almost every other year, going on all these vacations, paying for an expensive daycare right down the street from your place and going out to eat almost daily. When you get $400 worth of food stamps, don’t want the help the government gives you for daycare and rather lie to the court that you make poverty wage and provide fake documents. You know you make enough money to spend like that and still want to go after your baby dad to give you more money? Is the baby dad responsible for giving more than court ordered or shitty when he doesn’t make as much as the baby mom but tries to give his kid what he can on top of paying the child support?
