Sex pain

TMI but every time my husband and I have intercourse, when we’re done I bleed. Not heavy it’s just literally that wipe and then spot for a few days (never enough to use a pad) but this literally happens every time. I feel ever since I had my son (3 years ago) sex life is not the same. It’s kinda painful sometimes, I feel pelvic pain and every time I sneeze I pee. Just today I’ve had enough and been looking on Google and scared myself 😂 I’m calling to make my appointment but was wondering has anyone had this happen?

I took a pregnancy test and came back negative 🥺 my husband and I have been trying for a baby for 2 years now and nothing.
