Me, my boyfriend and my sister were shopping and some dudes in a truck started yelling at my boyfriend about his truck saying his truck was a fag truck and calling him a pussy. My boyfriend ignored them. They said things like "You're a pussy! I fucked your wife! Your truck is shit!" And then drove off. My sister asked why he didn't go up to them and beat their ass and he said he's almost 30 and they look like they just graduated highschool and he wasn't gonna justify that with a response. I didn't think anything of it until my sister said that is a sign he's not a man and a real man would have shown them what's what and how can I expect him to defend me if he won't even stand up to a bunch of punks. I didn't think about things that way. Is this a sign he's not a real man?

A real man is emotionally mature… had he gotten confrontational, things could’ve escalated for the worse and put EVERY body in danger. I’m sure that’s not what you’d prefer…it’s 2023. People are annoying. Unless they’d have gotten physical with him/you, I believe He handled himself just fine.

A real man imo is emotionally mature. You don’t need to be with someone who likes confrontation or let’s a bunch of teenagers get to him by saying silly things.
