My boyfriend’s grandmother has been in hospice for about a month. Not too long his aunt, who his grandmother lives with, sent a text saying she isn’t doing too well and it could be today or tomorrow and that if we would like to visit one more time we should do it soon. We have my son’s birthday party which I don’t really want to cancel but I would like to visit his grandmother one more time. And I am home alone with our two kids and I’m trying so hard not to cry, especially in front of them.
