Implantation bleeding???🙈

Hey ladies! Sorry for the TMI but I really need help..,For 24 hours I had occasional spotting like this one week early before my period. I am NEVER early, if anything, I am late for my period. I had very mild cramps, not painful, but feel like weight pulling down on my uterus, nausea, wooziness, very dizzy, and fatigue. My period is usually bright red and a lot heavier, I have bad diarrhea, and very painful cramps. This wasn’t like that at all, but I know isn’t super “light” spotting…my husband and I would be happy to be pregnant, but we aren’t trying and I’m anxious bc I have had a previous miscarriage 6 years ago. pregnancy test was negative, but I’ve been told it probably won’t be accurate till days after implantation bleeding. Any thoughts??
