Is 15 months old too young?

My daughter is 15 months old, she sleeps through the night most nights-just wakes for some juice a few times. She tries to climb out her cot next to my bed all the time.
Is she too young to go in a toddler bed in her brothers room? (He’s almost 3)

Baby can go into a floor bed pretty much from birth if the room is child proofed and safe for sleep.

15 months is fine for a bed. You might just start with a mattress on the floor before putting it up in a frame though.  
And baby-proof the room. Especially any bookshelves or furniture that could topple needs to be secured to the wall. They sell specific brackets for it.

There’s nothing wrong with putting a year 1/2 old in a toddler bed. Don’t be swayed by others opinions. Just do what you feel is right for your child. I had my daughter in a toddler bed at the same age. She did totally fine, I had her toddler bed near my bed since we were living with a family member. We also lived on the second floor in which I had a child proof lock on the door so she couldn’t get out and hurt herself. It really helped her become independent and she would only sleep with me if she was sick or just wanted to randomly which was totally okay with me. I made sure to cover all outlets so she couldn’t get to them, made sure anything breakable was up, furniture was strapped to the wall, and cords were safely tied together with safety straps. I got her a Disney princess canopy bed off of Amazon and she loved it. Good luck mama!

Anything other than water at night is NOT recommended or very unhealthy for teeth. No matter how little you are adding. Personally I wouldn't put a 15 month old in a toddler bed. My oldest is 3 and JUST transitioned to a toddler bed. We will wait until 3 with both of our other children as well.
