Fungi - Candida on my 20th week

Hello everyone! This is my first pregnancy and I am so excited! I am on my 20th week and my doctor took fluid from my vagina to the lab and she find out that i have fungi that is called Candida. She said that is very common on pregnancy, did anyone had this before ?
