Toxic relationship to healthy relationship

For those who have gotten into a healthy relationship after a toxic one, how do you cope?

I’m having a hard time with getting rid of some of my toxic traits. I have been doing wayyy better recently but sometimes I’ll catch myself being.. well ridiculous if I’m being honest. My baby dad cheated on me the wholeee time we were together and tried to get with my mom! 😭😂

So obviously I’m gonna have some trust issues and insecurities. I’ve been with my current boyfriend for a year and a half and he’s doing absolutely nothing for me to think he’s hiding something but sometimes I can’t shake it and I always have that “what if” .
