Husband denying me sex

I got a new job that is well paying. My husband and I moved to rent close to the location of my job. Since then I have been having issues with him treating me like a child and not his wife. I understand he is concerned about our future because he quit his job and I'm the only one bringing in an income but for many years it was the other way around and I was a housewife who worked part time here and there. With all the stress of this demanding job I find myself wanting to relax here and there and I crave sex alot especially around ovulation time. I send heavy hints to my husband and sometimes flat out ask him and he denys me sex for the sake of me "not wasting time"& being more productive. It highly upsets me. Whenecer he wants sex, which is usually oral he requests, I ensure he is satisfied, I just think he is prioritizing money over our relationship. I'm also 34 and we have no kids & I've been married to him since I was 25. We would like to start trying soon but his actions is contadicting his words. He wants to get me pregnant soon but barely want sex, or initiates it. I honestly can't wait for this contract to be over so I can get a less demanding job and focus on the things that really matter such as our marriage and starting a family.
