Everything my daughter touches BREAKS!

I don’t even know how to parent this any more.

This has been going on her entire life and she is 5. She is sooooo rough with everything she touches. I have tried to example what “gentle” is her entire life. I have tried several different definitions but she doesn’t grasp it. I have been explaining to her that everything has a purpose, and when we play with something the way it’s not meant to be played with we risk it breaking. I do not re-buy things she breaks, I ALWAYS chat with her after she breaks an item. We have disciplined, time outs, sent to her room, banded from touching certain items. But there has been zero progress!! Today we set up Christmas decor. She has so far broken three items since setting this stuff up. I am at my wits end 😭

What can I do? Help!!!
