Struggling

I have a 16 month old. She is not walking yet but is still into everything. She is also very clingy, not that she wants to be held but that she has to be in the same room as me at all times. She used to play so independently, I’m not sure what changed but nothing keeps her entertained anymore. Not even ms Rachel. I’m struggling lately to get stuff done around the house, which is making me depressed in a way. I feel like I can’t do anything other than watch her. If I try to clean she is constantly getting into something, and I have a really hard time cleaning around her while she is still making a mess. I understand that this is normal toddler behavior, but I’m having a hard time adjusting. I just feel like I’m not at my best and I’m constantly overwhelmed. Does anyone have any tips on how to let this go or to get over feeling this way to get my motivation back?
