TW drugs

This post is about drugs so if you don’t want to read you should probably get off my post.

My fiancé is a former addict. Alcohol and drugs. M3th was his favorite. Now he’s been sober for a couple years. When I became pregnant with our child I started to help clean up his life. Got rid of the people he associated drugs and drinking with. So now he’s sober, he’s off probation. He still puts me first which I love. Now where I’m worried is we was just talking yesterday and he had mentioned that some guy at the party store told him his former friend just had a baby. The kid idk if he has changed or not because like I said he got rid of a handful of people he would party with.

My question is, would you feel comfortable if your partner got back involved with the people? Like I’m scared he will leave me because it does feel a bit controlling I’m just curious bc I don’t think I would be with him and he knows it too. Idk if I’m overreacting.
