Why do i have dandruff stuck in my scalp

Like hard… dandruff ……😢😭😭😭 i have head and shoulders and dove shampoo only to wash my hair … 
Maybe dove is the one that makes my hair like this cuz someone. Told me to use head and shoulders 2x a week.. cuz it dried out ur hair… idk what other shampoos out there work for dry , dandruff hair but smell good too

When I switched shampoos from store bought to salon, I was using Dove products at the time and asked the stylist and let her know. Dove products aren’t good for your hair. A lot of store bought products really aren’t. Speak to a professional and stylist at a salon.

Sounds like a build up of dandruff and possibly the soap . I suggest trying a different soap . I used to use head and shoulders but I don’t like it anymore . It doesn’t smell very good but Tgel shampoo is amazing . It helps with itch and flaking . You could also get a good smelling hydrating conditioner to help with the smell and dryness you’re having. If you can’t find Tgel there’s also TSal that helped . Redkin also has a good dandruff shampoo and from what I remember it smelled a little minty to me .

Try washing your hair in cooler water. I tend to get itchy/dry scalps due to taking to hot of showers.

It could be a build up of hair product including your shampoo and conditioner. 
Buy a shower scalp massage brush for when you shampoo your hair and only shampoo your roots! I started using Hairitage anti dandruff line and the pre-wash makes such a difference! I also don’t apply conditioner to all my hair - only my ends! I would also stay away from Dove outside of using an anti dandruff shampoo/conditioner!

Sometimes the sulfite level of head and shoulders can be more drying to some people. I’ve had a lot of luck with matrix biolage scalp sync shampoo and conditioner.  Also are you washing your hair with cool or hot water?
