Should I take the leap and move away?

I’m mid 20’s and still live with my mom. We split most of the expenses and she helps take care of my daughter while I work a later job so it really helps out with childcare. Also, my daughter’s father lives 25 minutes away but he works overnights and only gets our daughter once or twice every few weeks. My best friend lives 1.5 hours away and has a big house and a job opportunity for me that would allow me to pick my own hours and lower expenses. Plus I am so much happier there. I make the trip to see her weekly on my off days so driving back and forth is no issue. But I really want to just take the risk and move. I need the courage to do it. I’m just scared to break my mom’s heart because she spends so much time with my daughter now. What should I do?
