MIL asked me if I’m pregnant

We had my in laws over tonight for dinner. My MIL was looking at my belly and said “are you pregnant?” I laughed and said no this is just the way my body looks after having 3 babies over 5 years. Then told her we are done having kids and she replied “oh good.” I laughed at the question because I was uncomfortable. It was an awkward laugh “like you really just asked me that”

We aren’t close enough for her to boldly ask me that question much less when she is looking at my belly. Then the “oh good” when I said we are done having kids was an extra little sting. Just sitting here feeling upset about it.
