Has this happened to anyone who took plan B?

So me and my date had sex on November 3rd and 4th. On the 3rd he came in me. On the 4th he took forever to buy a plan B pill. So I took it the 4th but during the evening. He kept making a joke I’m taking my time buying the pill so you could get pregnant. It wasn’t really funny to me. The following week we had sex but he never came in me. We did it twice if I can remember. Then on November 18th to the 21st I started spotting brown blood with small clots. It lasted until the 22nd. It stopped. And then on Wednesday the 29th the spotting has returned with small clots and some red blood on the toilet paper. I do have cramps and feel warm and bit but still no actual heavy period which mine last 7 days. Has this happened to any one. I was supposed to have an OB appointment to get tubes tied but nobody wanted to take me to my appointment that day to have a consultation before moving forward. So now I have brown bleeding and cramps and diarrhea. Has anyone experienced this before?
