11 days late negative test

Hey girls,

I was on pill since 8 years becuse of PCOS and i left it. Then my 3-4 period was on exactly time. After that 5th was 4 days late 6th was 4 days early and now my expected period 11days late, it didnt come. I made a test at 10th day, and result is also negative. I have sensitive breast from their sides, bloated stomach, pain on my ovaries and my back. What should i do?
