Concerned.TMI

Hello, recently in.the last 3 months my period has taken a whole u turn. I have gone from regular 7 day period, to 14 plus days heavy bleeding. I had a pelvic exam,testing, and then an ultrasound. No fibroids or tumors, i was suppose to get the ultrasound where is goes past your cervix but everytime we get it scheduled i end of being on my period. I have a picture below of what i have been dealing with. Sorry for the TMI. My ob did prescribe me medroxyprogesterone seven days but it barely makes a dent. Has anyone else experienced this???
