Positive pregnancy test questioning

Please no judgement …

Hello ladies so I found out today that I’m pregnant still very shocked and have a lot of mixed feelings about the situation as wasn’t planned as just started seeing someone very recently and I was very silly and didn’t check my app and was ovulating at the time of us having sex 😩and Possibly First time we slept together I think i fell pregnant? Could this be? ( I will be taking a clear blue how many weeks test tomorrow to get a rough idea) …. Also so let me explain my questioning a little further ….

So prior to this I had slept with someone 5 weeks before hand (which would make me 7 weeks from conception? )

but between the 2 differnt men I had a very heavy 6 days period ( which is normal for me) so how would it work out with who’s it is?

Also pregnancy test come back quite clear ( twins run high in both side of our families which scares me to)
