Miscarriages with no bleeding?

Hey ladies, I got a positive pregnancy test this week! However a day later a felt lower abdominal cramping on my left side and when I used the restroom I noticed there was a grayish, tissue like, maybe an inch long something in the toilet. The next day I had more cramping in the morning with a very sharp pain in the same left side area. Throughout the day the cramping remained mild and I was completely fatigued and had a slight head headache. Could I have experienced an early miscarriage? There was never any blood but the breast sensitivity and the mild nausea I had are gone. Has anyone experienced something similar?
