Do babies start to refuse bottle more when they get closer to a year old?

My baby will be 11 months old on the 17th. He’s currently going through a sleep regression, plus teething, but his teething isn’t as bad lately.

He woke up at 7am and it’s now almost 10am and he’s refused the bottle every time I offered it. By 9 I got worried he wasn’t eating so I gave him blueberries and made him a little omelette with cheese cut into strips. He ate most of the blueberries and had some of his eggs. Gave him some water through his sippy cup (only a few sips, like 6 max). It’s now almost 10 and I was going to try offering him the bottle again but if he doesn’t take it then I won’t offer again until his nap at 11.

He’s not acting out of character or anything. Not being fussy at all and doesn’t seem to be in distress. He’s just chilling right now. Should I be worried? Is it part of the regression? Or is it because he’s almost a year old now and weaning himself off the bottle possibly? If he’s weaning himself, is that okay to do at this age? What do I do?
