What would you do??

Keeping it short and simple . In July of this year my boyfriend of almost 3 yeaes and I broke up for not even 24hr . However it’s December now and I see he downloaded bumble (a dating app) on July 3rd the EXACT day of the “break” . How would you feel about this ? Many people say technically he can do what he wants if he’s “single” but in retrospect , how could he easily do that ? Oh even 24hr later, where’s the respect , does he really value me ?The “break” was initiated by me btw but ended mutual . Feeling lost. Please don’t attack me.
