Any idea what this rash is?

I thought it was eczema but it’s not getting better with the usual cream that I use for him. We’re going to the doctor tomorrow hopefully because this looks really bad. I’m just really freaked out. He has literally no other symptoms aside from having gotten over a cold recently.

Maybe heat/sweat rash because the area it’s in.

It does look like eczema .. some eczema is so bad it requires prescription cream to clear up

Could be 5ths where they get an unexplained rash after fever or being sick.

It's eczema, very common in this area. Doctor will prescribe a stonger cream than can be bought off the shelf.

Eczema. It’s a pain to heal. The creams worked eh. I had to make my own cream that worked so much better.
