Anyone experience this? TMI

I just experienced a missed miscarriage and had to take the miso pill to pass it. I passed the baby and sac that night and the next day I passed what looks like a decidual cast (first photo). The next day, today, I passed another. This one looks to have a tube in it. (Second and third photos, flipped over). They are thick and definitely flesh like. What is it? Is it a decidual cast? Why/how are there two? Should I be concerned as I did take the miso pill two days ago?
