Digital positive at 3 weeks?

Based off of my LMP, I'm 3 weeks 1 day today. I got a digital positive yesterday, normally with my pregnancies the earliest I could get a positive was at 3w4d and definitely wasn't with a digital. My son was a twin (ended up a singleton pregnancy) so I'm concerned about this being another multiple pregnancy. 
Has anybody had a digital show up positive this early? What was the outcome?

Depends what type of digital you ised they have different hcg levels

I always got positive digitals early on. all my kids are single pregnancies.

I’m getting a yes you are pregnant. I always test with atleast two tests cause I always doubt just taking one due to indent and evap lines. W my daughter I had missed my period for one day took a test and was positive. W my son I missed my period by four days and had a positive. W other pregnancies I was able to pick up pretty early on , never know. Take another test :)
