Fever, shakes, trouble breathing out of no where

What should I do I’m currently 35 weeks 2 days pregnant and I woke up this morning with a fever, shakes, trouble breathing and fuzzy vision . I also have a stabbing pain that comes and goes on my right lower abdomen
