When do you start baby shopping?

I’m currently 9 weeks. Second baby and I have absolutely nothing baby related left. My boy is 8 years. I’ve read many wait for babyshower to happen first but I don’t feel like waiting so long and buying all last minute. I’m hoping more to get started around 20 weeks.

I’m not a big fan of typical boy or girls clothes anyways and stick to neutral colors same as my first born.

Stroller, car seat and some furniture such as Baby crib, still wait for after baby shower? I’m planning on putting minor stuff such as diapers, pacifier and small items on my baby registry anyways.

How do you go about it?
