Possibly pregnant

So I was supposed to get my cycle January 19th but I never got it and my breast been very tender and sore since a week before my expected cycle and I be feeling nauseous from time to time can I possibly be pregnant. I’ve taken tests all were negative except one but I’m not sure the one I took earlier today looked like a vvf postive and I’m currently 3-4 days late on my cycle I’ve never gone past 3 days without getting it
