Toddler predicting twins?!? 😦

So l just found out I am pregnant on 1/9/24 that was

4-5 days before my missed period and according to my apps I am about 6 weeks now. And my 3 year old son keeps saying that I have 2 babies in my belly that is a boy and a girl !?

I ask him multiple times a day at random and his story doesn't change. Has this ever happened to anyone and it come out to be true ? Could I really be carrying twins? Pic attached is a test I took late at night today note even my first pee of the morning and lines are pretty dark
