How can I address the issue
So my son goes with his father on the weekends and come back home dirty and he smells like cigarettes smoke and other things and the father of my son said he doesn’t have water because the pipes broke but his father lives close by, I don’t know if he’s giving him showers or not and I don’t wanna sound crazy if I address the situation
