Anyone else get ovulation migraines?

Lately I’ve been getting migraines like clockwork on peak day. It sucks and they are debilitating vomiting migraines. Anyone else get this or have solutions? I’m 38 and wondering if decreasing hormone levels are causing this. All the women in my family get hormone related migraines. My sister is older and they’ve been bad for her past few years until she started HRT. Anyone else have experience with this? I need to be in a dark room but my toddler needs me. 😩
