Would you accept a new job offer?

I currently work for a company with a good work life balance with a hybrid schedule. My employer will contribute 3% into my retirement after completing one year with the company. 
I’m being offered another job making 15k more annual or a in person job with not employer contribution for my retirement. Would you accept this job offer?

I wouldn’t.  Employer 401k match and a remote schedule with great work life balance are too important for me and it would take way more than $15k to change my mind about that.

What are the factors that made you look into a different job?

Depends. If I was struggling on my current income, then yes .. probably. If I was doing just fine with what I am already making & the 15K raise wouldn’t make a significant change in my life, then probably not. I also work a hybrid schedule currently & I enjoy it greatly. It would take a lot for me to want to trade this in for a full time in person position.
