I ordered a Cricut from Michael's and it got lost in the mail. Michael's sent me a replacement. Then the original Cricut arrived. Michael's sent me an email with a packing slip to return the original. Would you return it?

Long story short, I got a Cricut from Michael's back in early December. The package was lost, and showed up as "lost" on the tracker. Michael's sent me a new one and I received the replacement just before Christmas.

I received the original Cricut a few days ago and the next day, I got an email from Michael's saying that they received notification that the original package was found and delivered to me. They sent me a return slip to print off to return the original package.

I'm going to return it on my day off, but one of the people in my mom group said that I should sell it and say that it was never delivered. Even if I hadn't signed for it when it was delivered, this feels incredibly wrong to do. Apparently this woman's thinking is very popular and most people I've told about the situation say to ignore the email and sell the new Cricut, or keep it.

Just curious, what would you do?
