Medical bills

So I will try to explain the best I can (English is my second language)

So I have upcoming procedure and they sent estimate for $23k and I would pay $2111.That is sent before surgery

Now I got my ct scan done and they just sent how much cost (total chargers since it’s still going thru insurance).

Now what confuses me about ct scan charges : pharmacy general $15 and pharmacy drugs incident to radiology $64 ? No idea what it is

and ct scan $4060

Now since I do have insurance I will not pay full price but after insurance it is still bit high to pay.

Now I heard that you could ask for itemized bill(but I heard this after giving birth not sure can I call for that after surgery)?

Only time since coming to USA I was in hospital twice and that was when I gave birth and now all of this is new.
