Skin discoloration pubic area (pics)

Hey everyone, I am soon to be 28 and for the last few months I have been noticing some skin discolouration on my pubic area. I haven’t spoken to a doctor and just want some advice on whether it’s something I should be concerned about?

I have recently shaved but this is here no matter what. I also have more “patches” on the other side but not as severe or big as this one.
