5am wake ups by 7 month old- help?! 🫠

Question

My 7 month old is consistently waking at 5am whereas previously it was 7am. 
She goes to bed between 7/7:30pm, with 2 naps during the day, one around 2hours long and the other about 1h30. I dream feed her at 10pm and then she wakes for feeding between 2/3am. 
Any ideas on the causes of 5am wake up and what I could do to help her sleep till 7am at least?

My little guy used too as well and I’d just put him back down and say it’s still time for sleep. Google “dawn of awakening baby” and some things pop up with tips.

Unfortunately some kids just wake up early. We tried so many things to get our first to at least just sleep until 6. But with no luck. 
After she turned 3 she is a nightmare to get up in the morning and will easily sleep until both 7 and 8 😂

We push bedtime back. I HATE mornings. Absolute hate them. I would rather my kiddos be up until 9:30 than get up at 5. 
Honestly though. My twins are 6 months. We use the possums method and I let them nap when they’re tired and it honestly takes the stress off of sleep. It worked for my three year old too. He goes to bed around 9:15 and gets up around 7:45-8:30 just like the girls do and still takes a 2 hour nap midday. I feel like when the pressure is taken off of sleep it helps build good sleep hygiene.
